As far as what section this represents, the problem I had was that I could not find any good videos of this part of the 1000. I looked at all of the motorcycle videos I could find of this section, as there was still enough daylight to see some of it. All of the TT's & C1's went through this at night and I could not get enough visual references to accurately portray in the map.
The map sat unfinished of a couple of months. After watching the most recent Baja 500, I became interested in finishing this stage for release. So perhaps the latter portion of this stage is not accurate to the 2010 Baja 1000 and is mixed in with a bit of the summit terrain that the 500 used. Either way, I just wanted to try to keep things fresh and different from the other four stages. I have went ahead and started stage 6. It starts out in similar terrain as stage 5 ended with (hills/pine forest) and makes it way down to the ocean. I do have video of TT's & C1's running on the beach, although there is much fog, which will be included in the map.
