It's time to release the first map. There may be a few floating trees, misaligned objects & such, but for the most part, I think it's good enough. No custom content, still hating on Zmod, but I think I did a fair job with stock objects only. Trees have collisions, bushes do not. So give it a try and let me know what you think. File download

Happy to hear it's working. Our other PC was just reformatted so I couldn't test the download. I was afraid it might be a bit confusing, especially near the end. Of the four maps I have, this one probably has the slowest speeds. There is no night variation for this map, they don't start the race in the dark 2 so far is still my favorite and perhaps next week I can release. Open to suggestions and criticisms. Enjoy

its pretty similar to the real baja 1k the only thing missing are the booby traps and kids throwing rocks at the cars lol thanks for the map
lol. One reason I was hoping to get spectator models working (failure) beside lining the course in places, was to have small groups gathered by the big jumps and nasty sections, not to mention a few booby traps. In the second stage, the AI drivers randomly hit haybales, fences, and telephone poles, knocking them into other parts of the track, kind of making unexpected obstacles (booby traps)
